Methods of Essential Oil use:Inhalation:
1 - 2 drops on a tissue or handkerchief and inhale deeply. Tissue may also be inserted inside pillow case while sleeping. Add 4 to 6 drops of oil to a sink of hot water, cover head with towel and inhale vapors deeply through your nose.
Massage or Body Oil:
8 - 10 drops of Essential Oil per 15 mls (1 tablespoon) of carrier oil.
Bath & Shower:
Add 8 - 10 drops to a full bath. Inhale vapors deeply while bathing. Oils will also be absorbed by the skin. While showering, add 3 drops of oil to a face cloth or sponge and rub briskly over body.
Compress:
Add 5 - 6 drops of oil to a bowl of warm water. Soak cloth in water and apply to injured or sore part of the body.
Skin Care:
Add 10 - 12 drops for every 30 mls (1 oz) of skin care product (moisturizing cream or lotion).
Hair Care:
Add 10 - 12 drops for every 30 mls (1 oz) of hair care product.
Environmental Fragrancing (Diffuser):
Add 3 drops of oil to melted wax part of candle - do not put directly on flame. Add 6 - 8 drops to water in bowl of ceramic or pottery room diffuser. Add 1 - 2 drops to car diffuser. Add 5 drops to light bulb ring and place directly on light bulb. Boil water in pot, remove from heat and add 10 - 12 drops of oil. For room spray, add 20 -50 drops to 120 ml water in mister bottle.
Jacuzzi / Hot Tub:
Add 8 - 12 drops, depending on size of Jacuzzi / hot tub.
Perfume: Mix Essential Oil with carrier oil for perfume.
5 - 15 drops of Essential Oil for every 1 tablespoon of
carrier oil.

Q: Do you have a minimum order value ? Is there a charge for shipping?
A: There is NO MINIMUM order value. However, we do charge $5.00 for shipping in North America and $10.00 for shipping outside of North America. (Customs fees/duties charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient).
Q: Are your prices in Canadian or US Dollars?
A: Our prices are in Canadian DOLLARS.
Q: How soon after receipt of orders do you ship? ...and by what method?
A: Your orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 1 to 3 days of processing.
In Canada orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel (1 to 2 days to most major centres). Outside of Canada orders are sent by Canada Post SMALL PACKET AIR.
Q: Are there Taxes added to my order?
A: In Canada GST (only) is added to the order. Outside of Canada there are NO TAXES added.
Q: Are your oils pure ? Where do they come from?
A: Our oils are 100% Pure, Natural Source. They are produced in various parts of the world where the climate is conducive to the growth of the plant in question, eg Eucalyptus from China; Tea Tree from Australia; Pine from Austria etc.
Q: In addition to the Internet, are your products sold in any retail stores?
A: Our products are sold in all 20 Calgary Co-Op food stores; over 20 Calgary Shoppers Drug Mart stores; all 20 Calgary Super Drug Mart stores; and many leading Pharmacist in Southern Alberta.
Q: Who formulated your products?
A: Our products were formulated by our founder, Mr Lloyd Barran, a practicing Pharmacist with extensive training and expertise in Aromatherapy.
Q: For how long have your products been in the market place?
A: Our products have been in the market in the Philippines since 1996 and in Canada since 1997.
Q: Are your products advertised anywhere in the media?
A: We have done extensive Radio Advertising (AM 106 ) in 2003 and 2004 as well as several live talk shows on the same radio station. We have just embarked (May 2005) on a 12 month TV ad campaign with
CFCN TV.
Q:Which are your top 3 selling products?
A: The top 3 selling items are Cold Sore Relief , Joint & Muscle Relief and Lavender Essential Oil.
Q: Do you warrant that your products will work?
A: Absolutely! If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason whatsoever please return the unused portion for a full refund.
Q: What preservative, if any, do you use in your products?
A: Our products contain no preservatives. They are protected by the anti-oxidant, Vitamin E.
